What is it:
CHI Developer offers excellent conditioning properties and protection to hair while providing moisture to dry and sensitive scalps. It provides a stronger barrier on the strands, reducing frizz and adding shine with stronger fibers, capable of bonding and repairing hair form the inside out. Helps protect against environmental stressors and color loss. This bonding agent is a small molecular weight, allowing it to penetrate deep into the cortex, forming a protective scaffolding between amino acids on the surface and inside the hair to strengthen the hair's keratin structure.
