1. When will my order arrive?

Orders generally arrive within 8 to 12 business days, depending on the recipient's location. However, please be aware that during high order volumes, there might be delays.

2. When will my international order arrive?

International orders usually arrive within 10 to 18 business days, depending on the recipient's location. Similar to domestic orders, delays might occur during peak order periods.

3. When is my order going to be ship?

With in 5-7 Business days ( base on the processing time and volume of orders at the time )

  • All orders require a mandatory processing period of 2-4 business days (based on volumes of orders place at the time).
  • Processing times are expected to be longer due to high volume of orders. (Sales, Holidays, Product Launch, etc.)
  • Some cases orders have to be confirmed by recipient before being shipped. 

Please note that shipping and handling times can vary. Although most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days, this is an estimated time of arrival. Several factors might contribute to longer waiting times:

  • Weather Conditions: Extreme weather events can disrupt transportation routes.

4. An item I saw is now unavailable. How can I purchase it?

Our website is constantly updated 24/7 with changes such as product pictures, brand additions, inventory updates, description, details, and more. If an item is no longer visible, it's either out of stock or has been marked as unavailable by our inventory team.

5. I placed an order, but it was canceled. Why?

Orders placed for dropshipping are often flagged as fraudulent by our store platform. Additionally, orders might be canceled due to:

  • Address inaccuracies as determined by Shopify.
  • Order is Fraudulent. 
  • Our system states that the order is a high risk for of fraud.
  • Order are marked a high risk of chargebacks (Fraudulent order)
  • Inventory issues, such as out-of-stock items.
  • Our inventory deemed an item as damages goods
  • We are unable to verify the legitimacy of an order. 

 

6. Why hasn't my order been shipped Yet?

If your order hasn't been shipped out within 5 business days. Your order came in as fraudulent we are wait for an email response back from you stating you ( recipient ) place an order for (x, y, z,) to be shipped to address ( 123 banana st. ) confirming your order.

8. How can I call you?

For security reasons we UNABLE to contact through call. Unfortunately with advancements in AI Technology, Voice Altering devices. Relaying customers information through call violates Security Policy and Privacy Policy Agreement.

By supporting independent brands, you are not only helping to keep money within the local economy but also helping to create jobs and opportunities for the people who live there. We believe in being beautiful inside and out.

Offering a variety of products from High-end Shampoos and Conditioners to affordable everyday Cosmetics. Beauty Ship to You was founded on the need to purchase high-quality goods at more affordable prices. Offering Brands that are not regularly on in big box chain stores. BeautyShiptoYou.com regularly does sales on all brands. 

11. When is it the best time to buy?

When items are on Sale. Sales range from all month long to a couple of days. If you see an item on sale. It's probably best time to buy because honestly who likes paying full price.
