Refund policy

Please email us at beautyshiptoyou@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving the item(s) to be returned. Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrectly shipped items. If possible, please provide a photo of the damaged item(s).

For items being returned for other reasons, there is typically a 15% restocking fee that will apply. Items that are returned should be returned in sellable condition. Price stickers and any other materials should be removed before returning the item(s).  

If Buyers attempt return fraud a claim will be filed against them. Buyers will be on the DNSL.
