If items are found to be damaged or unfit for sale, BeautyShipToYou.com will initiate a cancellation and issue a refund to the buyer. Refunds will typically appear within 1-3 business days, depending on the buyer's financial institutions and bank's processing time.

Orders Cancelled by Fraud

Orders that exhibiting signs of high-risk fraudulent activity will be automatically be cancelled by us during the processing. An email confirmation will be sent to the recipient of why the order was canceled it will be marked as Fraudulent order and will be reported to The Federal Trade Commision.

Orders Cancelled by Suspicious Activity

Orders that come in as Low-Medium risk of Fraud will have to be verified by email before processing and shipment. Orders that cannot be confirmed will be cancel due to Suspicious Activity and will be reported.
