These perms are formulated with a patented equalizer and 3TM conditioner to balance porosity for even, predictable curl formation. Advanced conditioning neutralizers provide smooth, manageable and healthy-looking curls. Quantum Ultra Firm Exothermic Perm is a self-warming perm which create springy curls that won't relax.
