Wella Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% is to be used with Color Touch color.
How it Works:
- Apply Color Touch to pre-shampooed, towel-dried hair using either a brush and bowl or an applicator bottle.
- Recommended development time- 20 minutes.
- Emulsify and rinse until the water runs clear.
- Follow with Performance Plus Antioxidation Conditioning Rinse.
