Wella Professional's new BlondorPlex 9 combines advanced Plex technology with a high-performance Metal Purifier to neutralize residual metal ions in the hair fiber — a key factor affecting blonding lift clarity and consistency. The formula supports cleaner, more precise lightening results with improved control throughout the blonding process.

Designed for professional use, the system enhances neutralization while minimizing fiber swelling for reliable application. Vegan and packaged in 100% recycled materials.

How it Works:

  1. Apply the bleaching mass evenly to unwashed hair. Development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde result. Do not proceed further if an adverse reaction occurs (e.g., itching, burning or rash or any unexpected reaction). Stop and immediately rinse with lukewarm water. If necessary, seek medical treatment. Do not exceed maximum time of 50 minutes. Do not use heat.
  2. After lightening, rinse out thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  3. Apply BlondorPlex n2 Bond Stabilizer, use 2-6 pumps depending on hair length. Leave for 2 minutes.
  4. Rinse thoroughly, shampoo and finish with a Post Color Treatment. For blonde toning solutions, Wella recommends the BlondorPlex Permanent Cream Toner or the Koleston Perfect, Illumina Color, Shinefinity or Color Touch color ranges following usage guidelines.


Dislclaimer: Do not use when the hair has previously been colored with henna or metal dyes. Remove all metal objects from hair before application and keep them away during product use. If you experience inhalation difficulties, leave the room. Do not use metal bowl/stirrer for mixing. Use mixture immediately and do not exceed the development time stated. Regularly check the client’s hair and scalp. Rinse hair well after application. If product reacts during service (e.g. foaming, steaming or it gets hot) do not proceed further, rinse hair and seek medical advice. Do not use on eyelashes/brows/other body parts. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, remove contact lenses if any, rinse eyes immediately, and seek medical advice. Product can cause eye irritation and permanent eye injury. Use product in combination with developers described in the instructions.
