MIXING: Always use in combination with BLONDME Premium Developers.
- Always intermix BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ in a flexible mixing ratio of 1:1.5–1:2.5 with BLONDME Premium Developer.

All Techniques: BLONDME Premium Developer 2%/7Vol. or 6%/20 Vol.

Off-Scalp Techniques: BLONDME Premium Developer 9%/30 Vol.

APPLICATION & DEVELOPMENT: Apply to dry hair, do not shampoo before.
- Beginning at the nape area, apply the mixture immediately after preparation onto mid-lengths & ends only.
- For best lightening results, apply the mixture in fine sections using a generous quantity of product.
- Once the mid-lengths & ends have achieved sufficient lift, apply the mixture to the root area.
- Leave to develop for 20–45 min.
- Visually check development during processing time
- Additional heat is not recommended.
