STEEL BLUE: Powerful neutralization, ideal to neutralize orange undertones on darker bases.

How it Works:

Mixing: Always intermix BLONDME Blonde Lifting 1:2 with BLONDME Premium Developer.

For natural bases 6 and 7: BLONDME Premium Developer 12%/40 Vol.

For natural bases 8 and lighter: BLONDME Premium Developer 9%/30 Vol.

Application & Development: Apply to dry hair, do not shampoo before.
- Apply the mixture immediately after preparation.
- For best possible lifting result apply in fine sections using a generous quantity of product.

Root Application: Initially leave out 2 cm of the hairline to prevent over-pigmentation and apply the colour cream to that area at the end.

Virgin Hair or Full Head Application: Apply the product first onto mid-lengths and ends by taking fine sections keeping out 2 cm of the root area. Leave to develop until the desired lifting result is achieved. Continue application onto the root area.
- Leave to develop for 30–45 min.
- Additional heat is not recommended
