This professional-only repair treatment is the first step of the revolutionary Original Bond Building system offered as a single step so you can restock at your own pace. No.1 is an easy add-in to any color, lighten, and chemical services to help prevent and repair damage as it happens. No need to change the formulas or measurements of your chemical services. Unlike built-in bonders, N°.1 seamlessly works at a molecular level in your chemical services to rebuild all three bonds, including disulfide bonds, for stronger, visibly healthier hair. Follow up with No.2 (sold separately) after the service to reinforce repair.
How it Works:
Nº.1 Bond Multiplier®
- Use as an easy additive to your color and chemical processes. No need to change your color, lightener, or chemical service formulas. Just add the pre-measured amount of N°.1 to them, then follow up with N°.2 at the bowl.

Nº.2 Bond Perfector® (sold separately)
- Use at the bowl to repair any bonds that may have been missed during chemical services boosted with Nº.1.

How to use as an OLAPLEX Stand-Alone Treatment™:
- Use dosing dispenser to measure the correct amount of Nº.1 Bond Multiplier™. Add to 3 oz (90ml) of water in a non-spraying applicator bottle.
- At the shampoo bowl, apply to clean, dry hair.* Saturate thoroughly.
- Leave on for 5 minutes. DO NOT RINSE.
- Apply a generous amount of Nº.2 Bond Perfector® from roots to ends. Work through for even distribution.
- Leave for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
- Cleanse with Nº.4 Bond Maintenance® Shampoo. Follow with Nº.5 Bond Maintenance® Conditioner.
- Style as desired.
*Can also be applied to damp, towel-dried hair.
