milk_shake icy blond shampoo is a color-depositing toner & cleanser all in one. This isn't your average purple shampoo for blonde hair. Instead, this unique, highly black pigmented shampoo neutralizes yellow & brassy tones for a picturesque platinum finish. Best suited for very light, cooler blonde, or platinum blonde hair. For best results, finish with icy blond conditioner.

How it Works:

  1. Apply evenly to damp hair, leave in for a few minutes, then rinse.
  2. If a more intense result is desired, leave in for a few more minutes.
  3. Once desired pigment has been achieved, icy blonde should be used once a week and alternate with other color-safe to maintain results.
