What is it:
Junior Size Extra Stiff All Bristle for long fine to normal hair.
How it Works:
- Ensure Hair is Dry: Always use your Mason Pearson brush on dry hair. Brushing wet hair with a boar bristle brush can lead to breakage and damage the bristles over time.
- Detangle Ends First: If your hair is tangled, start by gently detangling the ends with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. This reduces strain on your hair and the brush as you move towards the roots.

Brush in Smooth Strokes:
- Place the brush near the roots of your hair (for the Military style, grip it firmly in your palm).
- Use slow, smooth, and deliberate strokes to glide the bristles from the roots all the way to the tips.
- The goal is to physically carry the natural oils (sebum) from your scalp down the entire length of the hair shaft.
- Massage the Scalp: The unique rubber cushion pad is designed to flex and gently massage your scalp. This action stimulates blood flow to the hair follicles, which can help promote healthy hair growth and exfoliates the scalp.
- Repeat Thoroughly: Continue brushing until all sections of your hair have been thoroughly stroked. Many people aim for around 100 strokes a day, or simply until the hair feels smooth and looks shiny.
