How it Works:
- Mix Kenra Color Simply Blonde Blue Powder Lightener with Kenra Color Creme Developer 10V-20V, for on and off scalp application, or 30V, for off scalp applications only.
- Mix in a ratio of 1:2 up to 1:3 for desired consistency.
- Apply to dry, unwashed hair immediately after mixing.
- For best results, apply product generously. Avoid applying formula to previously lightened hair.
- Process up to 45 minutes - do not process under heat.
- Rinse thoroughly after processing; Shampoo & condition with appropriate Kenra Professional care products.
