How it Works:
LumiShine Permanent Crème Color:
- MIXING - 1:1 (equal parts color and appropriate Volume LumiShine
- Developer).
Blonde Life SilverLight Lightening Powder:
- OFF-SCALP: Mix (1:1–1:2) 1 scoop of Blonde Life SilverLight with 1-2 fl oz (30-60ml) of 10 (3%), 20 (6%), 30 (9%), or 40 (12%) Volume Blonde Life Coconut Oil Developer or Joico Developer of your choice.
- ON-SCALP: Mix (1:2) 1 scoop of Blonde Life SilverLight with 2 fl oz (60ml) of 10 (3%) or 20 (6%) Volume Blonde Life Coconut Oil Developer or Joico Developer of your choice. DO NOT USE 30 (9%) or 40 (12%) VOLUME ON SCALP.
