On and Off Scalp Cream Lightener

How it Works:

  1. Complete a strand test prior to use.
  2. Development time varies depending on level of lift desired and condition of the hair.
  3. Use with Paul Mitchell 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 volume Cream Developer.
  4. For on-scalp application mix 1:1.5, for off-scalp application mix 1:1. Increase developer as needed to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Process until the desired level is achieved as indicated by a strand test. Maximum timing is 50 minutes. Do not process with heat.
  6. Rinse thoroughly and follow with the appropriate Paul Mitchell Shampoo & Conditioner
