What is it:
Moisture Wrap Permanent Wave Booster is an ammonium thioglycolate formula designed to soften the bonds of the hair to allow the desired configuration of the permanent wave to be achieved.
How it Works:
- Apply Moisture Wrap Permanent Wave Booster to the base of the hair shaft
- Block the hair and wrap in the desired pattern.
- Cover hair with a plastic cap and process for 10 minutes. Check “S” pattern. If “S” pattern is not as desired, replace plastic cap, and check “S” pattern every 5 minutes until desired result is achieved.
- Follow with Wave Lock Conditioning Neutralizer.
