What it is: 

A gel-balm, tinted blush that adds the perfect amount of color with a modern, glass-like sheen.

How to use:

Apply a dot of product to the back of the hand and blend out until the desired hue is achieved. Then apply with fingers to the apples of the cheeks blending up toward the temples. A brush can also be used with the same technique.
