What is it?

HOW TO USE
Brush clear gel onto brows. Follow with loose powder to fill in, color and define. Set with clear gel.
TIPS
To create dimension, add a lighter color under darker hairs for a tinted brow look. For added definition, follow up with Stroke a Brow.
